OrthoGo Physical Therapy is affiliated with several health insurance plans. In addition we will
work with most other insurance companies to the best of our abilities to assess the benefits available to you.

Workman’s Compensation
If you do not see your plan listed here call us, we will check on your network status. Or
you may call your insurance provider as they may be in a sub-group of the above
listed providers. Also many times out of network benefits maybe available to you. In
any case, we will work with you and your insurance to provide the least costly
program of care possible under your plan.
Currently we do not accept Public Aid Insurance or All Kids insurance...however plans to accept these coverages are in the works.
Workman's Compensation Claims are accepted once coverage has been verified with the insurer.
Personal Injury Claims are subject to a $25/visit co-payment and a lien being filed on the case.
